Yoga’ recognized as Non-Olympic Sports disciplines by International Non-Olympic Committee – INOC ( www.IYC-Yoga.org )

The International Non-Olympic Committee (INOC) has recognized "Yoga" as Non-Olympic sports discipline and its International governing body i.e. International Yoga Committee-IYC, which is going to begin on 21st June 2016 day of International Yoga Day declared by United Nf ations General Assembly on 11 December 2014 proposed by Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Shri Baba Ramdev has given real shape of "YOGA" and its popularity Internationally and International Yoga Committee-IYC and has been registered under Indian Law established and managed by International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC with full of it's legal control and administration on IYC and Dr. Mohammed Seraj ANSARI has taken charge as President & Dr.Thiyagu Nagaraj General Secretary (for more information about yoga non-olympic sport, please visit at http://www.iyc-yoga.org).

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which originated in India. Yoga gurus from India later introduced yoga to the west, following the success of Swami Vivekananda in the late 19th and early 20th century. In the 1980s, yoga became popular as a system of physical exercise across the world. Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise; it has a asanas, meditative and spiritual core. IYC with the main aims to popularize the Non-Olympic Sports and INOC-Charter as well as generating funds for all Non-Olympic Sports, which are the members of International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC and National Non-Olympic Committee-NNOCs further funds for its International Sports Federations and National Sports Federations, which shall manage through INOC and NNOCs of their respective country.

Dubai Custom, Government of Dubai (UAE) Wins National Brand Award

15.12.2014, Dubai. Dubail Custom, Government of Dubai (UAE) has won the National Brand Award in the category of ‘Star Companies /Organisations’ in government sector joint award granted by the International Non-Olympic University and International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum for International Peace.

H.E. Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Director of Dubai Customs, dedicated the award to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. He said: “We present this new global recognition to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who always inspires us to continue working hard to uphold the name and image of the UAE as a haven of world-class achievements and a top contender in the global competitive race.” .

““The honour trophy was presented to H.E. Ahmed Mahboob by H.E. Akram Sabry, INOU National Brand Ambassador for South Africa and Middle East, in the presence of award committee members. The awarding ceremony took place at Dubai Customs main building and was attended by Dubai Customs top officials, including Buti Al Jumairi, Executive Director of HR, Finance and Administration Division, Abdullah Mohammed Al Khaja, Executive Director of Customer Management Division, Saeed Ahmed Al Tayer, Acting Executive Director of Policies and Legislation Division, Yousuf Ozair, Director of Intellectual Property Department, and Khalil Saqer Bin Gharib, Director of Corporate Communication Department.

H.E Akram Sabry, INOU National Brand Ambassador for South Africa and Middle East, underscored that Dubai Customs presents a bright image of the progress taking place in the UAE. He said: “Dubai Customs deservedly won the National Brand Award jointly awarded by the International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum (INPPRF) and the International Non-Olympic University (INOU), owing to its advanced quality level of customs services and facilitations and its distinguished smart systems of operation and inspection.

H.E. Sabry pointed out that in line with the cooperation between INOU and various institutions in the UAE, the first international peace forum held in the Middle East will be hosted in the UAE, jointly with INPPRF.

He further remarked that the INPPRF-INOU prestigious award is granted to organizations worldwide that show proven commitment to innovation and leadership in their area of operation.

The International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum is an independent non-governmental entity entrusted with presenting recommendations for the Nobel Peace Prize, in addition to consultancy and communication with other world peace organizations. On the other hand, the International Non-Olympic University (INOU) is an educational non-governmental organization that seeks to offer top of the range online academic courses to students around the globe, with excellent focus on research and new learning tools.

Dubai Land Department, Government of Dubai (UAE) Wins National Brand Award

Dubail Land Department, Government of Dubai (UAE)  has won the National Brand Award in the category of ‘Star Companies /Organisations’ in government  sector joint award granted by the International Non-Olympic University and International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum for International Peace.

Having received the award, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Ben Khalifa Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Land Department said we received this award as a recognition for the overall work of E-Mart (Dubai Real Estate Market): Dubai Real Estate Market (eMart) is an online portal; specially designed for real estate professionals to list their properties for sale and rent in Dubai. The new system provides public with number of e-services allowing them to search for properties listed for sale or rent, communicate with landlords, brokers and management companies and also complete sale transactions online without the need for multiple visits to Dubai Land Department.

“Dubai Land Department is the second government sector organisation that wins this international award. We are extremely proud of this milestone achievement that proves Dubai Land Department’s privilege for a number of awards in different fields of its work and initiatives,” he said.

Dubai Municipality, Government of Dubai wins National Brand Award

26.11.2014, Dubai. Dubai Municipality, Government of Dubai (UAE) has won the National Brand Award in the category of ‘Star Companies /Organisations’ in government sector joint award granted by the International Non-Olympic University and International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum for International Peace.

Having received the award, H.E. Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General of Dubai Municipality said we received this award as a recognition for the overall work of Dubai Municipality in branding the name of Dubai through its wonderful projects and initiatives during the year of 2013.

“We have submitted all our documents to the award committee upon their request and they studied the role of Dubai Municipality in building and maintaining the entire infrastructure of Dubai and the services provided by DM in various fields for the public,” Lootah said.

“In Middle East, Dubai Municipality is the first government organisation that wins this international award. We are extremely proud of this milestone achievement that proves DM’s privilege for a number of awards in different fields of its work and initiatives,” he said.
